DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Shipping time: Time is taken for Order Fulfilment + Packing+ Logistics and Delivery time.
Delivery Time: Time taken for each logistics service differs with the product to product and destination to destination for each and every Logistics service.
Orders will be executed from our Trichy Head office, only after your payment is cleared at our end.
For domestic orders to Metro cities in India will get delivered in 3-10 days and to the rural may take at least 5-15 days (excluding Sundays and other Holidays).
For Air Shipments, shipment time will be 5 to 10 business days for product weight is less than 15kgs and shipment time will be 10 to 20 business days for orders 15kgs and above
We provide delivery throughout domestic and international for all online products through private carriers, for rural interior areas in India only through speed post or registered post.
Execution of orders may be delayed due to non-availability of the product for immediate dispatch and the stocks are still getting ready for packaging and pricing is done on the whole lot or in transit from the warehouse to the Head office. In certain circumstances, we will try to arrange the product from our nearest Vendor / Bhavam.com store to fulfil your order at the earliest.
Bhavam.com will not be responsible for delivery delays due to customer unavailability or if the given address is not valid. In order to avoid further error or delays in shipment, you are requested to submit your correct & complete details of your address followed by pin code & landmark.
You are requested to order products well in advance to avoid delay during festival time.
Packing of the Product:
Packaging is designed based on the product specific requirements by our team of experts. The packing is done only after checking quality and quantity for each order. The packing charges for most of the items are included in the shipping charges itself and for few items shipping charges are separately quoted based on the weight of the product and destination distance. The packing charges are also applicable for all products for shipment outside India.
We provide you with standard rates for shipping and it is based on the volume of the particular product(s) ordered by you. You may also view the shipping charges on every product(s) in view details section.
If any additional taxes and charges are spent on delivering to your address which is not covered in our Invoice will be collected from the consignee after producing the actual bills (E.g. Local unloading charges, etc.,)
For all International Shipments, Other end duties and Taxes to be borne & paid by consignee
In case you have received a different product, or if the product was damaged in shipment, please contact us within the specific time period through mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call to our customer care service on (+91) 431 2231947 and we will ensure that it will be replaced as soon as possible.
Orders will be executed partially during the following scenario
· bulk orders should be placed for claiming partial orders execution and will be executed only when mail request received from customer
· based on the availability of the product against the confirmation of customer.
The shipping charges incurring in above such cases would change and the actual shipping charges would be requoted once the reshipment is arranged through email.
In the case of cancellation of the pending items of a partial shipment, the refund for such orders would be done only of the Order value and not the shipping charges collected and taxes incurred on the order value or shipping charges.
